Directions for Use: After washing your skin, apply the soap and massage it into the skin. Concentrate on the areas that are most affected. 

Do not rub the soap too hard. Avoid putting soap in your eyes, nose, or mouth. 

After allowing the soap to sit on your skin for 60 seconds, wash it off.
